Job Description
We are looking for a Head of Project Management Office (PMO) to strategically develop project management and take it to the next level. As the Head of PMO, you will lead a seven-person team and be responsible for challenging projects in the construction, investments, and IT sectors of the pharmaceutical industry.
Requirements
- Several years of leadership experience
- Experience in project and program management, ideally in the industrial construction industry
- Established project management methods like IPMA, GPM or PRINCE2
- Strong personality with assertiveness, structuring ability, and strategic thinking
- Technical affinity and commercial skills
