Stage Direction Gouvernance et Droit des Sociétés – Juillet 2026

Rothschild & Co is a leading international financial services group looking for a trainee to join the Governance and Law of Societies Direction for a period of 6 months from July 2026. The trainee will participate in various projects related to governance and company law, including digitalization projects, company law, and banking and financial regulation.

Requirements

• Legal studies Bac+5 (stage that can be inscribed in the framework of the PPI of law students)
• Dynamism, adaptability, rigor, sense of confidentiality
• Excellent writing and synthesis skills
• Very good mastery of English (written and spoken)
