Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Partnership Manager to join our Partnerships team, driving the growth of Rossum’s partner ecosystem across Europe, building strong collaborations that create real value for customers and generate meaningful business impact.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in intelligent automation, IDP, AI, finance technology, or a closely related domain, including established relationships with RSIs and GSIs operating within the finance domain
- Proven ability to own relationships and opportunities from first conversation to revenue impact
- Strong stakeholder management skills across teams, cultures, and geographies
- A balance of hands-on execution and strategic thinking
- Clear, confident communication in English and comfort working with teams across different locations and time zones
- Based in Europe
