Senior Operations Advisor

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Operations Advisor to join our team. The Senior Operations Advisor will supervise, mentor, educate and lead members of the bond operations team to ensure high quality and levels of service for surety programs.

Requirements

• Supervise, mentor, educate and lead members of the bond operations team
• Review bonds for quality control measurements
• Represent the company at various surety related functions
• Manage all administrative service delivery functions
• Assist in underwriting data collection and review for determining surety placement of new or transitioning business
