Stage - Agent de Facturation (H/F)

Roquette is a family-owned global leader in plant-based ingredients and a leading provider of pharmaceutical excipients. We are looking for a Billing Transport Intern in the Transport Europe Department, starting in June 2026, for a duration of 4 months on our site in Lestrem (62).

Requirements

• Receive invoices via the ITESOFT system
• Analyze the billed amounts and compare them with the expected tariffs at the order
• Search for discrepancies with the freight teams in case of anomalies or absence of pricing
• Enter and impute in the ERP the validated amounts
• Ensure the interface with transporters in case of refusal, error or absence of invoicing
• Receive and validate loading waiting fees
