Requirements

• MBA HR / Post Graduate in HR
• 12 - 15 Years of relevant experience in a medium to high-volume manufacturing environment in an MNC
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Expertise in compensation design, payroll management, compliance, and HR technology
• Ability to influence senior leadership and lead change initiatives
