RoomPriceGenie is a startup that helps hoteliers achieve optimal pricing through a powerful solution that analyzes internal hotel data and market trends. The company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers and drive the delivery of impactful projects.

Requirements

• Solid experience as a Software Engineer with production systems experience
• 1-2 years of experience managing engineers, including one-on-ones and leading delivery
• Experience in a high-growth or scaling company is a strong plus
• Strong understanding of system design, architecture, and engineering best practices across backend, frontend, and data contexts
• Strong product collaboration mindset and excellent communication and leadership skills
• Fluent in English and based in the European time zone (UTC+0 / UTC+2)
