Job Description
We are seeking a Facade Works Manager for our earthquake housing project in Kahramanmaras. The role involves managing exterior facade applications, supervising on-site work related to insulation, cladding, scaffolding, and window frame installation, ensuring compliance with technical drawings and details, and collaborating effectively within a construction site environment.
Requirements
- Graduate from Civil Engineering or Architecture departments of universities
- At least 8 years of experience in the field
- Knowledgeable about technical details and material information
- Able to work actively in a construction site environment
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD programs
- Male candidates must have completed their military service
- Experienced in corporate collaborations
