Job Description
Roofstacks is seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in card payment systems to drive the next generation of digital finance. This role involves managing processes across various card types and collaborating with stakeholders in Product, Technology, Risk, and Operations, focusing on card lifecycle management, regulatory compliance, and product delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in card payment systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
- Experience with banking/payment systems, POS infrastructures, and merchant onboarding
- Strong understanding of ISO 8583, EMV transaction flow, 3DS, tokenization, and fraud detection
- Familiarity with Visa, Mastercard, BKM, and their operational and reporting structures
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Fluency in Turkish; professional working proficiency in English is a strong plus
