• Ability to remain calm, professional, and focused in high-pressure situations
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated commitment to discretion and confidentiality, with proficiency in the use of relevant technologies
• Appreciation for and alignment with the Catholic spiritual and intellectual traditions
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Practicing Catholic and prior experience working in Catholic education preferred
