Preschool Aide

The professional hired will be responsible for assisting in the general supervision and management of children between the ages of two and five years of age, and for teaching responsibilities such as implementing the program for the class, respecting and honoring the needs of individual children, and participating in public relations events.

Requirements

• Active, practicing Roman Catholic (preferred)
• Proof of completion of 6 or more Early Childhood Education (ECE) Units OR proof of completion of at least 2 units of ECE and enrollment in current ECE class, working towards completion of 6 units
• Fingerprint and CMG Background Clearance, CPR and First Aid, and cleared TB test to work in a Licensed Child Care Facility (Requirement upon hire)
• Has experience teaching OR desire to teach and models Catholic values
• Passion to work with young children and desire to grow as an educator
• Has a positive attitude and enthusiasm for teaching
