Health Care Analyst (Medicare)

The company is looking for a Senior Health Payer Technology Medicare Consultant to help transform leading organizations and communities around the world. The ideal candidate will have 4 years of experience as a consultant, consulting experience in the US Healthcare Payer market, and experience in US Payer operations & US Payer system implementations.

Requirements

• Adapt existing methods and procedures to create alternative solutions to moderate complex problems
• Design and implement Medicare-compliant solutions
• Understand the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
• Have 4 years of experience as a consultant
• Have consulting experience in the US Healthcare Payer market
• Have 2+ years' experience in US Payer operations & US Payer system implementations
• Have experience in systems and processes required to support health plans
• Have experience in Medicare/Medicaid
• Have 2+ years' experience in program management, full lifecycle project management, SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and SCRUM
• Have 2 years' experience with Medicare systems and technologies with formal consulting
