Job Description
Rolfson Oil LLC is seeking a Human Resources Onboarding Specialist to join their team in Midland/Odessa, TX. This full-time, Monday-Friday position will be responsible for onboarding new hires for various oilfield positions, coordinating payroll, benefits, and training processes. The company values customer service and a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Professionalism and customer service
- Ability to work with minimal mistakes in a fast-paced environment
- Typing and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Pass drug test and criminal background check
- Onboarding experience preferred
