Integration Project Manager

Rojo Integrations is seeking an Integration Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of integration projects, ensuring they are executed within scope, budget, and timelines. The role requires 3-5 years of experience in project management, business transformation, or integration delivery, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional IT or integration projects.

Requirements

• Lead cross-functional integration projects from initiation to closure
• Develop and manage project plans, including milestones, resources, budgets, and stakeholder communication strategies
• Track and report project progress using defined KPIs and dashboards for internal and client stakeholders
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies proactively and drive continuous improvement
• Implement quality control measures to ensure deliverables meet business and technical standards
• Serve as the key liaison between clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams
• Translate business requirements into structured technical deliverables with integration consultants and architects
• Collaborate with account and sales teams to align delivery with commercial and client satisfaction objectives
• Promote continuous improvement across project delivery and integration methodologies
• Contribute to various internal projects to improve and maintain the portfolio framework
