Rogo is building AI thought partners to accelerate the creation and sharing of knowledge in financial services. They are seeking a GTM Recruiter to manage the full recruiting lifecycle for go-to-market roles, including sourcing, outreach, offer negotiation, and managing external agencies. The role requires strategic partnership and a focus on delivering a world-class candidate experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience recruiting for GTM roles in high-growth environments
- Proven track record in sourcing and closing top GTM talent
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
