Job Description
Roessel Joy is seeking a Billing Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of billing experience and 2 years of office experience.
Requirements
- Create sales orders for customer projects
- Prepare, create and distribute invoices to customers
- Interact with operations team regarding customer inquiries
- Provide customized billing reports as needed
- Ensure compliance with internal controls in accordance with policy
- Complete tasks on time and meet billing quota with a high degree of accuracy and completeness
- Assist in special projects as required
