Job Description
Rodan Energy is seeking an Investment Banking Associate to drive project finance, M&A, and capital formation for their distributed energy resources platform. The role involves leading complex financial models, producing investor-grade materials, managing transactions, and building relationships with investors and internal stakeholders. This is a hands-on position offering visibility into a fast-growing energy company.
Requirements
- 3-5 years in Investment Banking (bulge bracket, major Canadian/US/European bank, or elite boutique)
- Closed-deal experience across financings and/or M&A, with demonstrated process leadership
- Advanced modeling: project finance waterfalls, debt sizing, tax/rate cases
- Outstanding presentation & writing: investment decks, CIMs, data rooms, diligence questionnaires
- Investor-facing fluency
