Weekend Home Health CNA (Part Time)

A CNA is responsible for assisting participants in activities of daily living, restorative care, and instrumental activities of daily living. They also assist in monitoring participant's health status and report any concerns to the Home Care Coordinator.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Colorado
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with a frail, elderly or disabled population
• Current First Aid/BLS Certification
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Efficient with computer applications such as email, navigating the internet, using electronic timekeeping, and Electronic Health Records
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Knowledge of how to use and maintain medical equipment (adaptive, hoyer lift, etc.) is strongly preferred
