Provides an escort for frail and elderly participants to outside appointments, assists with participant needs, and documents services provided.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience with a frail or elderly population
- Knowledge of how to use a Computer and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
