Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition
- Deep familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and Sales Navigator
- Strong ability to assess fit from a resume or LinkedIn profile
- Experience recruiting for US-based roles
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of quality control
- Comfort working with AI tools
- Self-starter with time management skills
- Availability during core US business hours (EST or CST preferred)
