Job Description
Rockstar is seeking a Director of Product to lead the development of their e-learning platform, Perspectives. This role involves technical leadership, product strategy, team management, and cross-functional collaboration. The organization focuses on bridging divides through technology and is rapidly growing. The position will be a player-coach with a significant impact on scalability, security, and accessibility.
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B SaaS product management experience
- 3+ years leading or mentoring other product team members
- Experience in EdTech or related field, with knowledge of data privacy/security and accessibility requirements
- Proven success delivering products on a modular platform or third-party LMS
- Hands-on experience building AI-driven products, LLM experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Deep alignment with the organization’s mission
- Experience in startup or scaleup environments
