A/V Channel Account Manager

We are looking for a Channel Account Manager to own and expand relationships with our A/V partners, building win-win partnerships and driving measurable business impact.

Requirements

• Serve as a key contact in all matters related to partner concerns and needs
• Build and strengthen partner relationships to achieve long-term success and consistent business growth
• Maintain accurate records, keeping track of account plans, contract dates, renewals, leads, and existing projects
• Develop a thorough understanding of Rockbot products and services to enable our partners to upsell and cross-sell to their customers
• Onboard new partners and train their teams on the best ways to position Rockbot services into their customer deals
