PDMA Evidence Solution Leader

The Evidence Solution Leader is a critical role within Product Development Medical Affairs, responsible for designing and enabling strategic evidence solutions to address prioritized gaps identified in the Integrated Evidence Plan (IEP).

Requirements

• Advanced degree in a relevant scientific field (MD, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent in life sciences, epidemiology, public health, health economics, or related discipline)
• 7+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry
• At least 3–5 years in evidence generation, real-world data (RWD), or non-interventional study (NIS) leadership roles
