Requirements

• Actively participating in the Product Care Quality Team for cobas® x800 family
• Driving effective collaboration with fact-based prioritisation and resolution of issues impacting customer satisfaction as well as product quality, safety and serviceability
• Managing on-market issues for product portfolio by maintaining the high field performance of cobas® x800 family systems
• Contributing as a standing member of the assigned International Business Team(s) (IBTs)
