Genentech seeks a Data Analyst II to work with the US Patient Safety team, designing and implementing predictive models, data visualization, and automated solutions using Python, R, and Tableau.
Requirements
- 4 years of experience in advanced data science and business analytics role
- Master's degree in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics or related quantitative field
- 4 years of work experience with each of the following: designing and implementing statistical and machine learning prediction models, using SQL for querying and managing large datasets, using Tableau and/or Power BI to develop interactive dashboards, developing and implementing time-series forecasting models, leveraging programming languages to reconcile and test accuracy of data, providing consultation to users and leading cross-functional teams, designing and implementing sampling strategies, and working with relational databases
- 1 year of experience within the Pharma/Biotech industry
