Job Description
Robust AI is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to ensure system stability and functionality. The role involves hardware and software configuration, networking, troubleshooting, and application deployment, working closely with various teams to support operations and development efforts. The position offers a junior technical position supporting IT, Operations, and Development organizations.
Requirements
- Setup & maintain computer systems, network infrastructure, and peripheral devices.
- Support monitoring and configuration of cloud infrastructure.
- Track mobile systems, development tools, etc via inventory management.
- Perform routine checks for security updates / incidents.
- Provide direct support to other employees for provisioning, troubleshooting, etc.
