Requirements

• 10+ years in sales, business development, or account management
• 5+ years leading an Outside Sales team
• Experience in a retail customer facing, Showroom capacity, ideally in plumbing or lighting
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets
• Skilled at recruiting, developing, and leading high-performing teams
• Strong relationship builder with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Strategic thinker with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making
• Adaptable, solutions-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
