Job Description
We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to lead multiple, full-cycle searches and deliver a personalized and engaging experience for each candidate. Reporting to the VP, People, you'll partner closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to attract the best talent and contribute to building a strong, talented and engaged workforce.
Requirements
- At least 2 to 3 years' experience managing multiple, full-cycle searches
- Understanding of Canadian employment legislation and recruitment best practices
- Ability to leverage applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with ease
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Sound judgment and professionalism in all interactions
- CPRHR designation a plus
