We are seeking a Hydronics Technical Specialist to provide technical support, design expertise, and customer service for hydronic heating systems.
Requirements
- Recommend hydronic system solutions that meet customer requirements, including detailed system drawings and design support.
- Engage with customers primarily by phone to address inquiries, provide technical guidance, and ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare accurate and timely quotations for projects, ensuring efficient order processing and delivery.
- Process orders, returns, and other transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with outside sales to prepare quotations, update customer contracts, coordinate deliveries, and assist with on-site visits.
- Provide training and support to sales teams and customers on product features, benefits, and applications.
- Support multiple branches across Saskatchewan, providing consistent technical and customer support.
