Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and pragmatic Legal Counsel Contracting who truly enjoys working on complex local and international legal agreements and understands their crucial role in achieving successful business outcomes.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Law (LL.M. or equivalent).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial contracting in an international environment, preferably within a high-tech sector.
- Strong knowledge of international contract law and cross-border contracting.
- Excellent negotiation and drafting skills in English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
- Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to balance legal precision with commercial pragmatism, helping the business to keep moving.
