Job Description
We're looking for a Kitchen Manager to join our team at The Marvel Academy in Hull. As a Kitchen Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a team, ensuring compliance with menus and health and safety procedures, and providing a customer-focused service. You'll need to have people leadership experience, food industry skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- People Leader experience
- Food industry skills and/or qualifications
- Ability to work on own initiative in a structured logical approach
- Relevant H&S qualification, preferably IOSH
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in relevant computer programmes
- Demonstrate knowledge of service delivery in catering
- Understand the importance of safeguarding
- Experience with a cashless system (desirable)
