The Credit Manager - WTX, OK, AR is responsible for overseeing credit policies, managing the credit and collections team, and balancing credit risk with the company's customer-focused culture. Requirements

• Develop, implement, and maintain credit policies and procedures
• Review and approve customer credit applications, establish credit limits and payment terms
• Oversee collections activities, monitor accounts receivable aging, and provide regular reporting
• Conduct periodic credit reviews, lead and mentor the credit and collections team
• Work closely with sales, finance, and customer service teams to resolve account issues
