Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Junior Financial Accountant (m/f/d) to manage RobCo's accounting processes and support automation solutions for SMEs. The company is backed by VC funding and has strong internal talent. Responsibilities include posting accounts, reconciling transactions, monitoring payments, and supporting digital projects. Excellent English and German fluency are required.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Initial experience in accounting
- Knowledge of German GAAP (HGB) accounting principles (plus)
- Experience with ERP systems (advantage)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Team-oriented and communication skills
