Specialist, Benefits & HRIS

Road Scholar is a nonprofit organization that offers educational travel programs for older adults. We are seeking a Specialist, Benefits & HRIS to manage benefits administration and provide support for HRIS systems. The role involves advising employees on benefits, handling related projects, and maintaining HR databases.

Requirements

• Manage the full lifecycle of employee benefits
• Provide expert advice to employees on benefit options
• Assist with benefit communication materials
• Maintain accurate employee benefit records
• Prepare required benefit reports
• Serve as point of contact for HR system inquiries
• Provide technical troubleshooting and issue remediation
