Group Leader - Detroit

We are seeking a Group Leader to provide educational content to Participants in a classroom setting and/or out in the field. The Group Leader will also supply materials supporting the scholastic content and adhere to Road Scholar's commitment to offering high quality educational programming.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• CTP Certificate for Group Leaders or equivalent professional tourism experience
• 1+ years group leadership experience in an educational and/or travel program environment
• Strong leadership skills to build group cohesion
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving ability
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work with a team and collaborate and share best practices
