Shop Technician

RNR Tire Express is seeking a Shop Technician to oversee tire and wheel installation at various locations. The role involves ensuring proper paperwork is completed, inventory is managed, and tools are in good condition. This position focuses on customer service and a supportive work-life balance with flexible schedules.

Requirements

• Mastery of knowledge and application of torque/re-torque procedures.
• Proper mounting, balancing, and installation of tires and wheels.
• Use of tire and balancing machines.
• Proper labeling and organization of merchandise.
• Controls parts spending.
• Excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of industry standard software.
• Ability to read work orders.
• Basic counting skills.
• Basic knowledge of math.
• Ability to apply instructions.
• Knowledge of safe lifting and working practices.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Physical ability to perform repairs and inspections safely and in a noisy environment.
