Capital Investment Analyst

The Capital Investment Analyst will support the capital improvement/renovation reporting and analysis process for RLJ Lodging Trust, focusing on budgeting, financial analysis, database preparation, and department support. This role requires creative vision, entrepreneurial thinking, and process-driven results to achieve timely execution and efficient budget operations.

Requirements

• Design and develop reporting templates for efficient recording of hotel maintenance capital projects and renovations.
• Perform and analyze financial forecasting, project performance, cost analysis, and ad-hoc reporting.
• Assist the D&C, Finance, Acquisitions, and Asset Management teams with capital assessments.
• Play a key role in the annual capital budget process.
