Implementation Consultant(CA Contractor) position at RLG, a implementation firm that partners with clients to accelerate their improvement journey. Seeking experienced Implementation Consultants to facilitate team discussions and provide guidance and support to all organizational levels.
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant experience in coaching, consulting, or project management
- Proven experience in industries such as oil and gas, petrochemical, refining, manufacturing, or related fields
- Familiarity with specialized areas such as reliability, maintenance, or capital projects
- A Bachelor's degree (a Master's degree is an asset)
- Mobility to do weekly commutes or rotations
- Strong data analytics skills, including proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
