Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing production
• Strong supervisory and management skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced high-volume environment
• Strong knowledge of plant and manufacturing operations
• Knowledge of lean principals, raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
