Waiter (gn) - The Riverside Mozart on the Danube

The Riverside Mozart is an exceptional river cruise ship on the Danube, offering a luxurious experience for guests. As a Waiter, you will provide five-star service, handle guest complaints, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. You will also be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient service during meal hours, communicating with guests and the galley, and following Health and Sanitation regulations.

Requirements

• Provide culinary experience for all guests at Restaurant
• Oversee the service in assigned station and ensure the best possible service is given to Guests
• Follow work schedules, section plans, and rotations
• Attend all company trainings
• Report work orders to supervisors when deficiencies are noted or when maintenance is required
• Do additional duties in other departments as necessary
