Requirements

• Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features.
• Helps customer with vehicle selection and promotes model options.
• Conducts vehicle test drives and ensures speed limits.
• Maintains accurate sales documentation.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions.
• Negotiates sale closure and explain warranties and financing.
• Maintains high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index).
