Riverflex is seeking a UK Director to lead, sell, and scale its next growth phase in the UK. The role involves building and leading the UK business, driving growth through sales and new client acquisition, and delivering excellence across service domains.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in consulting, consultative sales, business development, or technology-enabled transformation
- Proven track record of driving multi-million-pound sales and building new market propositions
- Deep expertise in AI strategy, data transformation, or digital consulting
- Strong UK network and direct sales experience with C-suite stakeholders (CTO, CIO, COO, CFO)
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and influence across a matrixed organisation
- Entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, resilient, and commercially astute
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and international leadership engagements
