Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Transformation Manager to support a multinational retailer set up a 2nd line of defence for their European CTO Office. The focus will be on establishing a transformation community of practice, defining the framework to support programme assurance, and working with programmes to support adoption of successful delivery practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in project management, technology transformation, or related fields
- Leadership & Facilitation: Proven ability to lead and facilitate cross-functional teams
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of technology transformation initiatives
- Risk & Issue Management: Ability to assess project risks and develop effective risk mitigation strategies
- Stakeholder Management: Strong experience in engaging senior leaders and teams at all levels
- Pragmatic & Hands-On Approach: A balance of strategic oversight with hands-on involvement in program assessments, risk management, and process improvement
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Languages: Proficiency in English (Dutch is a plus)
