Pool Service Supervisor

The Pool Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising pool service staff, ensuring member and guest satisfaction, and adhering to established service procedures and standards.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and desire to learn
• Previous food and beverage service experience
• Lead or management experience
• Food Handlers Certification
• TABC certification if 18 years old
• English language skills
• Active Listening, Service Orientation, and Social Perceptiveness skills
• Ability to perform general physical activities, lift 35-40 lbs, and handle and move objects
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, and stoop for up to 8 hours
