Requirements

• Clean preparation area, cooking surfaces and utensils
• Prepare and cook food according to customer instructions
• Take customers' orders and process payment
• Maintain accurate inventory of food and supplies
• Complete daily temperature checklists and report inconsistencies
• Maintain clean and food-safe grill cooking areas
