Internal Controls Analyst

River City Bank is seeking a highly skilled Internal Controls Analyst to join their dynamic Finance team. The role involves overseeing and managing the Bank's internal controls over the financial reporting process and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This position requires close collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Oversees and manages the Bank’s internal controls compliance program.
• Develops and maintains internal control documentation.
• Coordinates the planning and execution of internal control testing.
• Partners with external auditors for annual ICFR audits.
• Prepares and analyzes quarterly and annual ICFR certification reports.
• Supports remediation of identified control deficiencies.
• Consults on new business initiatives and system implementations.
• Provides training to employees on ICFR compliance.
