Ritter Communications is seeking a motivated and results-driven Direct Sales Representative to join our RightFiber team. This role is ideal for a high-performing individual who thrives on face-to-face customer engagement, excels in persuasive communication, passionate about delivering cutting-edge fiber internet solutions to residential customers and that can exceed sales quotas.
Requirements
- Solicits residential customers through a variety of methods, such as door-to-door sales, distributing door hangers and community events;
- Conducts door-to-door outreach to promote RightFiber internet, voice, and video services;
- Makes outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and e-mail to qualify leads and sell products and services;
- Educates potential customers on product features, pricing, and promotional offers;
- Solicits referrals for potential new prospects and closes leads;
- Updates and maintains prospect database and opportunity funnel on a daily basis, assuring the managing of the prospect database is accurate and assuring customer orders are fulfilled;
- Ensures customer satisfaction and supports a positive impression of RightFiber;
- Remains knowledgeable of products and services and remains aware of competitors' services, offers, and initiatives;
- Demonstrates strong influencing skills;
- Enters customer work orders at the end of transactions and sets expectations regarding the timeliness and completion of the work orders;
- Focuses on goal achievement and results;
- Travels to customer sites, project areas, business related events, and other Ritter Communications locations as required;
- Performs all other related duties as assigned.
