Vertical Market Manager – Oil and Gas

The Vertical Market Manager – Oil and Gas will be responsible for working with the oil and gas market, including drilling contractors, production companies, and other potential users of Rittal products. They will assist with sales strategies, develop and maintain contact with key decision makers, and communicate with the sales team on all related account issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
• Five years of experience in industrial equipment/services field sales for a manufacturer and seller of industrial products
• Extensive knowledge of oil and gas market, technologies, requirements, applications, government regulations, etc.
• Experience managing both local and global projects within the oil and gas industry
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including advanced knowledge and experience with Excel and Power Point
• Strong presentation skills at all levels in an organization
• Ability to travel 40% of the time
