Job Description
RISE Association Management Group is seeking a Regional Director of Management to lead their Houston office. The role combines association management with leadership and community representation, requiring a strong background in association management, proven leadership ability, and strategic oversight.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in community association management
- Strong understanding of property operations, financials, and association governance
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
- Professional communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
