RISE Association Management Group is a best-in-class provider of property services for Texas homeowners' associations. We're seeking an On-Site General Manager for a single-family community in West Columbia, TX.
Requirements
- Serve as the main point of contact for daily communication with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners
- Oversee facilities maintenance and upkeep
- Manage vendor relationships
- Conduct regular inspections of the property
- Prepare materials for Board meetings and presentations
- Respond to all calls and emails within 24 hours of receipt
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state and regulatory statutes, as well as community governing documents, policies, and procedures
- Provide administrative, operational, and managerial support to the Board of Directors
- Build and foster positive relationships with residents
